At Z Garden Decor and More, your satisfaction is our first concern. If you are not satisfied we will do whatever we can to make things right.
Wrong or Defective Item
If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us immediately (within 3 days of receipt). If the problem is our fault or the fault of the manufacturer, we will refund your money or replace the item at no cost to you. **Please Note** you should contact us within 3 days of your receipt of the wrong or defective item.
Other Returns
If you ordered the wrong item or if you just changed your mind, please contact us within 30 days of your reciept of the item. We will be glad to provide you with a refund, credit or replacement (minus the cost of shipping fees) of the undamaged, unused merchandise. In such cases a restocking fee may or may not apply. **Please Note** you should contact us within 30 days of your receipt and only unused, undamaged items are eligible for return.
